How long is a Lightning Dev sprint?
Client sprints run two weeks, with five gates: Frame, Design, Build, Test and Decide. The sprint ends on day 14 with a working prototype, real user feedback and a ship, pivot or pass decision backed by evidence.
What is the Lightning Loop?
